my weekend..  Spent my weekend baking cookies. Hahaha. Thought it'll turn out very bad but it was good. Ahaha. & no, that isn't the cookies I baked. I didn't take a photo of it because I had no time. I started at about 4 & end around 6.30. I didn't get any help from sisters because they were busy. Kakak went out last minute & babysister was sick. So yeah. Did the shopping by myself & all. Was quite proud actually. Ahaha. Wanted to do 2 things but no time :( Since it was my cousin's birthday, that was what made me going on. At first I really thought it wasn't nice at all. It was suppose to be Famos Amos cookies. I thought it wasn't even close to Famos Amos cookie. But actually it was alright. In the end, everyone loved it. :) Of course there were improvements to be made. I had to do everything from scratch. OMG, it took me an hour to prepare everything. I had to blend the oats, chop the nuts, grate the chocolate bar.. Aiya, it may seem so little things to do but it took alot of time. & I was really terrified to look at the amount of sugars used. Hahaha. So I decided to minimize it :) Seriously, not trying to boast or something. Anyway, I don't really care what you think. Hahah. All I know is that I was proud to do something by myself :) My Saturday was quite boring. Since I slept late the night before, I was forced to wake up ( not really. because i wanted to wake up to makan! haha ) Okay, since I heard my dad said to babysister " i bought lauk rawan!" I seriously woke up just to makan. Because I didn't eat dinner the night before & I was starving! So I ate breakfast & watched tv til 10am, then went back to sleep til 1pm. HAHA. Perangai babi kan. Aiyoo. This week, I am planning to bake Nigella Lawson's Nutella Cake. WOO! I browsed through the ingredients, there weren't any involvement of flour. So I was shocked. Its gonna be more of sugar.. :( & they said its cake.-.- But whatever it is, I am gonna try before this weekend. Oh, I'm gonna be busy this week, I think? Hahah, I've got no plans for this Thrusday. Mon - Takecare of sick babysister Tue - Wait for my dresses to come Wed - Going MDIS to register Thrus - Fri - Wait for new hp ( kakak's one) Sat - Going Airport Sun - Something? I also dont know Okay, I might be baking again this Thrus. WOO! :) So, how was your weekend & how are you gonna spend your time this week? Alright, I'll go off now.
